Lister House is able to accommodate face-to-face appointments, as well as telephone and telehealth type appointments per Medicare guidelines.

For appointments or changes please call reception on 5831 2333. Telephone or telehealth consults are supported by this clinic, however our GP’s reserve the right to ensure you have been seen by the attending GP within the last 12 months before arranging a phone or telehealth consultation.

‘Hotdoc’ appointment booking system is now available to assist with online consult bookings, please check the Hotdoc button for this. Not all Lister House GPs are using Hotdoc at this stage.

Shepparton Lister House Medical Centre is unable to take on new patients at this time. Please check back regularly as we will review this position into the future.

Please note that unfit for work certificates cannot be backdated, illnesses can be complex and certificates must be dated on the day of your consult. Please speak to our GP’s should you require support for any specific needs.

We are pleased to announce that we are now offering Telehealth video consultations.

Telehealth is a convenient alternative to a standard Telephone consultation which we also offer, with the added benefit of face-to-face communication via video call.
